Digital Transformation

I lead a strategic technology effort to migrate cisco.com to Adobe Experience Manager Cloud. I managed cross functional teams to drive a transformative technology vision, strategy, plan, and an agile implementation roadmap in a rapid work environment. The solution created digital utilities to increase Demand Gen, user engagement, customer 360 insights with personalized customer experience. Hands-on experience in multi solution architecture, system design, code development, and testing.

Tagging and Tracking

I built an optimized tagging system to manage 100s of marketing, data, and media tags to identify, track, and target customers across 100s of sites. The self-service solution increased conversion, customer 360 insights, attribution model for all marketing touch points. The solution made it easy to activate media campaigns and onboard new technologies.

Privacy Compliance

I created cisco’s first data privacy platform with a trustworthy cookie consent management to comply with ever changing local and global data privacy regulations. The multi solution architecture was technology agnostic and able to integrate with 300+ websites that are using different technologies. I lead cross functional team to drive alignment among legal teams, marketing teams, sales teams, design teams, brand teams, and various technical teams across cisco.

User Experience

I do desktop and mobile User Experience using both adaptive and responsive design through creative visuals that carries strategic context. User Experience is the core of everything I do on every project, I not only bring a modern, attractive, simple, easy, unique designs for optimal display, but I also extend that to make a holistic concept of how to manage content, classify data, architect technology, and code programs. The end-result is not only an enjoyable experience for users, but also a functional design that enables business.

Localization

The project aimed at adapting the global internet website to local languages and different countries. The objective was to personalize, translate, and localize web content, digital activities, and business processes to fit local markets and diverse user needs through inbound and outbound marketing techniques. The objective was to deeply 21 local websites in 8 languages.

The project aimed at repurposing and reusing digital content for various business needs with ease, speed, and high efficiency. Modularity can save costs, time, and resources when for instance changing a logo on thousands of documents, localizing a campaign in multiple languages, or publish content on several social media sites and/or corporate websites with different variations.

The project's goal was to fully deploy a new enterprise content management system (CMS) to manage internet website to service customers, intranet website to service employees, and extranet website to service partners. The systems used Sitecore XP 8.0, AWS cloud hosting, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net web forms 4.5 framework, JQuery, and AngularJS. the system was to integrate via REST web service and SOAP APIs with external systems such as ADAm DAM, ADFS active directory, Eloqua MAS, Brightcove Video, Coveo Search, Live Web Chat, Social Media, and Google Analytics.

The project's goal was to fully deploy a new enterprise digital asset management system (DAM) to manage documents, images, and videos. The systems used ADAM Enterprise, AWS cloud hosting, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net web forms 4.5 framework. the system was to integrate using REST web service and SOAP APIs with external systems such as Sitecore CMS, ADFS active directory, Brightcove Videos and Adobe Creative Suite to centralize content production.

The systems included Eloqua 10 and to integrate with external systems such as salesforce.com, Sitecore CMS, Brightcove Video, and Social Media.

The system was to integrate using REST web service and SOAP APIs with external systems such as ADAM DAM, Sitecore CMS, and Eloqua MAS.

Content Management System (In-House)

The project objective was to develop a new In-house content management system (CMS) that manages enterprise internet website to service customers, entreprise intranet website to service employees, and enterprise extranet website to service partners. The systems gave marketing units the autonomy to manage, create, edit, and publish webpages, documents, images, videos, templates, web parts, and text. The system managed 9,000 webpages, 20,000 documents, 3,000 images, 1,100 videos, and 19 templates. The system serviced 100,000 unique users a month from 21 counties in 8 languages. The systems ran on Microsoft Windows 2008 web server, and had Microsoft SQL 2008 database server. It was an N-Tier architecture and developed in ASP.Net web forms 3.5 framework, then it was upgraded to ASP.Net MVC.

The system included a website, shopping cart, check out process, credit card processing, and security certificates. The system was also to integrate using SOAP API with salesforce.com. it was developed in ASP.Net web forms 3.5 framework.
